Thinking Positive

To create your wonderful life

Thinking positive today for a better tomorrow.

Not only is the saying “you are what you eat” true, but so is “you are what you think.”

When you are thinking happy thoughts it shows in your overall posture as well as your attitude.

People will see you smile and they will feel like you are someone they can approach and talk to. If you are thinking negatively the opposite holds true.

You will have an aura about you that will want to keep others away. Your negativity will keep you from being approachable and people will avoid you..

Start thinking positive to better your life. When you do so, you will get the most out of life and all its joys.

Plan to go on an exciting adventure. For example, have you always wanted to go tubing in the water? If so, do it starting today!

You can rent a boat, if you do not have one. Invite at least two other people to join in and take turns in this fun activity.

You will need someone to drive the boat and you will need someone to spot you when you are tubing in case you fall off of the tube.

This water excursion will be positive and allow all in attendance to enjoy the experience.

Make a bucket list, i.e., items you really want to do before you “kick the bucket” or pass away.

Make it a point to do something on that list soon, so you can cross that item off as a positive sign of living your life to the fullest.

If skydiving is something you have always wanted to experience, make you appointment today. If you keep putting it off, you will forget about it.

One day you will realize it is too late to cross this off of your bucket list.

Getting out and doing things you have always wanted to do, but just did not seem to have the time to do it, will make you feel more positive about your life.

You need to make time to do those things that will make you happy.

Life is about balancing out your work, family and fun leisure time. When you cross an adventure off of your bucket list you will feel like you are accomplishing something important in your life.

What is more positive than that?

Thinking positive to better your life also includes being more positive at work.

Instead of dreading that you have to go to work each day, think positively and be thankful that you have a job.

Think about the people you work with and something positive about each person. Try to compliment at least three people per day at work.

You will make others feel more confident and positive with your uplifting comments.

Thinking positive to better your life truly works when it comes to your health. If you continue to worry and feel stressed out, it can take its toll on you.

You will have failing health if you are constantly stressed out.

Relax and realize that some things are out of your control. You do, however, have the control to eat healthy, get enough sleep and exercise to keep yourself in the best shape possible.

Even if you have a disease such as diabetes, follow your doctor’s orders to live the best life possible. A positive outlook can work wonders on any type of medical situation.

Think positive, work positive, talk positive and simply be positive and your life will be enriched all the more.

Thinking positive is a contagious behavior that everyone needs to catch.
